In early 2024 HAP approached our company with creating their first ever APP for patients. Build and version 1.0 launched in Fall of 2024.

The Challenge
9 months to accomplish the UX and business needs of the MVP for their subscribers:

View Claims
Search for Hospitals/Providers
Search for Pharmacies and Drugs​​​​​​​
Key challenges Addressed:
Reduced 250 total screens down to 150 by heuristic testing and user testing feedback.​​​​​​​

Information Architecture 
– We focused on an intuitive 6 step process with a structure consumers could navigate easily from search and build to finance and delivery of vehicles.
Wireframing and Prototyping:
- Started with low-fidelity wireframes to map out key screens for the new search functionality.
Scalable Design System for Visual Design & Style Guide:
- Provided by BCBSM
NOTE: Due to company strict privacy laws and some HIPPA regulations with BCBSM: 
All work that went into modifying and designing the app were created with the use of software through a virtual machine/desktop on their healthcare network and with their cloud software accounts. Therefore the wireframes, prototypes, user journey's and full IA flows we created for the design and development remain under restricted access.
