All work that went into modifying or creating these apps was created with the use of software through a virtual machine/desktop on their healthcare network or with cloud software. BCBSM Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan APP
In 2023 BCBSM had a new build they wanted to launch in a couple months. I worked with their stakeholders to make a more efficient APP by streamlining their user flows from 250 screens down to 150, mitigate pain points for users, as well as add some new functionality. Prototype was initially built with Photoshop, Sketch and Invision, then moved to Figma in 2024.

HAP - Health Alliance Plan APP
In early 2024 HAP approached our company with creating their first ever APP for patients. Build and version 1.0 launched in Fall of 2024 with the following functionality:
- Hold their Benefits Cards Digitally
- View their Benefits Packages and Coverages
- View Claims
- Search for Hospitals/Providers
- Search for Pharmacies and Drugs
