What does the name DASARA mean?
It is the named after the Hindu festival, which represents Victory of Good Over Evil: Dasara primarily commemorates the victory of Lord Rama, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, over the demon king Ravana. This event is narrated in the ancient Indian epic, the Ramayana. Ravana had kidnapped Rama's wife, Sita, and to rescue her, Rama waged a war against Ravana, ultimately defeating him. The festival symbolizes the triumph of good (Rama) over evil (Ravana).

This is a special edition Gin that compliments the original Dasara Gin with an added blend of eastern spices that truly gives it a unique and bold flavor. Thus the bottle had to have a bold, high contrasting look with a black painted glass, so the bright colors of our Dasara Elephant pop with attention! The singular red topper and tassel add a garnish that not only represents the Dasara cloth adorning the elephant, but it draws the consumers eyes to the bottle in a sea of competitors bottles!
The name "SAVARI" is what the Hindu's call the procession of Elephants during the Dasara festival....and a procession of flavor is delivered in every sip.
